Latte Heat Stroke

The Dog gets heat exhaustion and almost croaks!

After a dog gets heat exhaustion, it's important to cool them down as quickly as possible. For Latte, this started with a cool hose down.

After the hose down, we stuffed her in a cooler with some cold water and an ice bag. She was pretty comatose at this time and probably would have drowned if we filled the cooler up more.

Latte was kind of woozy for a few days after the heat exhaustion, but was soon back to normal.
