For a really cool example of the latest web technologies in action, check out this page (I know it works on Firefox. I don’t know about IE). You can drag and drop many of the elements on this page. Remember, you’re doing all of this through a web browser!

Another cool example is here. This guy seems really bright and looks to be interested in developing some modules for the open-source Gallery2 project (which serves as the foundation for the RohJuh.com Gallery).

This is absolutely incredible stuff. I didn’t think this kind of capability was possible with a web browser interface, but innovative developers are finding ways to do some really cool stuff using Javascript and DHTML. I understand that this how Google is doing a lot of the cool stuff with Google Maps and G-Mail. The intricacies are way beyond me, but it’s great to see that web innovation marches on despite Microsoft’s efforts to stifle it.
